Course summary

Infection and Response covers pathogens and disease, teaching us how we get sick and why. We will not only look at this, but also how we can treat these conditions and the possible future of these treatments.

This course follows the GCSE AQA syllabus, and we will start with covering the key facts, before moving on to cover the details of disease and how we treat it. You will be guided through these sub-topics and shown what the examiners are looking for in your answers. More difficult topics can be broken down to help you really understand the concepts, and ensure that you start your A-levels with confidence.
